Kelly H. O'Hara

Kelly has more than 20 years of relevant experience. In addition to her client consulting responsibilities, she is also responsible for maintaining the investment manager databases and client investment performance reporting. She largely works with corporate and not-for-profit clients. Her experience includes expertise in financial, credit and cash flow analysis. Prior to joining Highland, Kelly was a specialized corporate lender and worked with a venture capital firm.

Prior to joining Highland, Carol was a principal and director of a regional management consulting firm’s retirement practice. Carol serves clients from Highland’s Columbus office.

With more than 21 years of relevant experience, Rich is the founding principal of Highland. Prior to starting the firm in 1993, he began his consulting career with Hewitt Associates. He has also worked as a senior consultant for an advisor of the Frank Russell Company, as well as with investment management and investment banking firms.
